Meeting Dates
A discussion with the community represented decided to have a December meeting instead of a January meeting, to help in planning with registrations at the various community associates.

Reminder on Scheduling Meeting
Community directors will meet at 5:00pm, coaches to meet at 6:00pm.    The scheduling meeting will be at the White Oak Athletic Association building on March 30.

Game Time Limits for all leagues
The community representatives revised the rules for all leagues, changing the time limit on games to 2 hours (drop dead), with no new inning starting at an hour and 45 minutes.
